Application Form
This application form is for the College Students who are interested in starting a Swag Achievement Organization College Chapter at their College Campuses throughout the United States. In order for the College Chapter to be effective and coherent to the Swag Achievement's mission, there are positions available to be filled at the SWAG Achievement's College Chapter.
Therefore, each student that is interested in starting a Swag Achievement Chapter on their college campus, is required to apply for a position and submit this application form on what position they are applying for before or on July 1st. Interviews will be scheduled from July 1st through August 31st, 2018 or until positions are filled.
